2006-2007 marks DEFinition Dance's INAUGURAL season!
We recetly held the first audition and had great success, BUT we would like to bring in more dancers!!!!!
DEFinition Dance is an Adult Open All Star team, which serves as an opportunity for adult dancers to continue their passion for dance, competition, and public service.
DEFinition Dance's style of choreography is urban jazz, therefore a strong background in ballet technique, jazz, and hip-hop is essential. Please do not be discouraged from auditioning if you are not strong in all three areas. We would like to see everyone interested in auditioning!
We are seeking experienced dancers who are motivated and dedicated. "Second Chance" auditions will be held on Saturday, May 6 (location discolsed to serious inquiries) and will consist of:
Technical Progressions
Urban Jazz Combination
Free Style Opportunity
Interview
Rehearsals will be held on Sunday evenings, with performances beginning in early Summer and competition season beginning in Septemeber/October.
